Strategic Planning

Strategy is the process of determining an organization’s basic mission and long-term objectives and then implementing a plan of action. We’ve developed a strategic planning process that occurs at the intersection of two axes: between past and future; and between the values and competencies of the organization.

Leadership Training

We offer a variety of workshops for small and large group settings.  These workshops allow our clients to get in-depth knowledge on specific topics, and can be combined in different iterations to suit specific audiences.

Coaching

Our leadership coaching is designed to help leaders develop and sustain positive behaviors that support organizational cultures. By nurturing soft skills such as presence, communication, and influence, we improve manager-direct report relations which lead to more efficient and effective team performance.
