Dr. Patrick O’Leary was born in Ireland, educated in the U.S., and taught management and leadership at St. Ambrose University for 25 years.  Patrick has broad experience in the consulting arena and has delivered training to several organizations and companies in Eastern Iowa, ranging from private companies and not-for-profits to the Department of Corrections, the Army Corps of Engineers, and municipal service providers. He received his Ph. D. from the University of Iowa and has been a visiting professor at universities in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. 

Thomas Schroeder has enjoyed a decades-long career as a nonprofit executive, consultant and professional writer. He has published articles on addiction and recovery, nonprofit leadership, board development, fundraising and civil rights education. His expertise in fund development and grant writing has assisted and enhanced organizations in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota and California. He was an appointed member of President Goerge H.W. Bush’s Presidential Drug Advisory Council, was a founding board member and chairman of Veterans’ Families of America, and was the long-time chairperson of Martin Luther King Jr. Community Services of Illinois.

Dr. Dan Ebener is a professor of organizational leadership at St. Ambrose University and has over 20 years of consulting experience in strategic planning, leadership development, and conflict resolution. Dan has authored several books on leadership and has an active consulting and coaching practice.

Dr. Randy Richards

Dr. Richards spent almost 20 years in management in both the public and the private sector and currently serves as Professor Emeritus at St. Ambrose University. An experienced facilitator and workshop designer for adult learners Randy has an active consulting and coaching practice.
